Creades invests as a long-term committed owner in small and medium-sized listed and unlisted companies.

Creade's business idea is to provide a good risk-adjusted return to its shareholders, primarily by investing in businesses where Creades can act as a committed owner, in small and medium-sized listed and unlisted Swedish and Nordic companies.

Creades has a long-term investment horizon, which means that the focus is on creating sustainable value, rather than focusing on the outcome during individual quarters. Unlike many other investment players, Creades does not have a predetermined date for exit, but intends to carry out both new investments and divestments based on market conditions prevailing at any given time.

Investment criteria

Creades invests opportunistically and seeks good deals within the framework of clear, but relatively broad criteria:

-Potential : Creades seeks investment opportunities that have significant potential for revaluation and underlying asset creation.

-Industry : Creades does not limit itself to investments in particular industries or business areas, but focuses on businesses that are relatively predictable, in terms of, for example, customer behaviour, industry structure and technology development.

-Size : An investment, including growth potential, must be large enough to have a material impact on the return for Creade's shareholders.

-Ownership influence : The majority of Creades' investments in companies should result in Creades gaining ownership influence in the company and being able to act as an engaged owner.

-Geography : The portfolio's focus is on listed and unlisted Swedish and Nordic companies.
