• Generating at least €10m revenue (p.a.) or signed order-book (for next 12 months) and profitable on unit economics level.
• Operating in a growing market with solid fundamentals.
• Headquartered in North-Western Europe.

Investment criteria

• Growth equity for organic growth, international expansion and buy-and-build.
• Flexible buy-out capital.
• Up to €30m equity tickets (excl. co-investment opportunities).
• Majority or irreversible path to majority.
• Help the company grow from €10m to €100m annual recurring turnover while maximizing impact.
• Scaling up companies in an ambitious but sustainable way through active support and in-house knowledge, creating maximum impact.
