Overview
Financial support is linked to the completion of the Master’s Thesis through physical mobility in companies or research institutions within the framework of the CYBERACTIONING project.
The objective of this support is to strengthen students’ professional and technical skills, foster industry- and research-relevant competences, and support their transition to the labour market or to research careers in the field of cybersecurity and cyberintelligence.
Submission of applications
Applications must be submitted via the procedure “International Mobility: Application for a place/grant within the framework of calls for applications from the Vice-Rectorate for Internationalisation” on the University of Granada’s website (sl.ugr.es/0cJM), together with the required supporting documentation.
Financial support under this call is not granted solely on the basis of enrolment, but is explicitly linked to the effective execution of a predefined training activity, namely the completion of the Master’s Thesis through physical mobility in a company, research centre or university within the CYBERACTIONING project.
Accordingly, all applications submitted by students who meet the eligibility requirements set out in the call, whose application purpose corresponds to the objectives described above, and who effectively carry out an eligible physical mobility for the completion of their Master’s Thesis within CYBERACTIONING, will be awarded the grant, until the available budget is exhausted.
Given the nature of the activity supported, the procedure is implemented on a non-competitive basis, as the award of the grant depends on compliance with the established requirements and on the actual performance of the mobility activity, rather than on a comparative evaluation of applications.
Eligibility checks
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be currently enrolled in the second year of the Master’s Degree in International Cybersecurity and Cyberintelligence (MICAC).
- Be enrolled in the Master’s Thesis course at the time of application.
- Be a national of an EU Member State or of a country associated with the Digital Europe Programme.
These requirements must be fulfilled for the entire duration of the activity.
The award of the grant is therefore conditional upon both the fulfilment of the eligibility requirements and the effective implementation of the mobility activity under the conditions established in the call. Compliance with these requirements is verified through corporate applications developed and maintained by the University of Granada’s IT and Communication Networks Service Centre.
《 Eligibility for financial support under this call is restricted to EU citizens and citizens of Digital Europe Programme (DEP) associated countries, in accordance with the relevant call conditions and Grant Agreement provisions 》
Evaluation, decision-making and resolution procedure
The procedure is administered by the Office of International Relations at the University of Granada. Grant decisions are adopted by the Vice-Chancellor for Internationalisation, following consultation with the Selection Committee, composed of:
- the Vice-Chancellor for Internationalisation, or her delegate;
- the MICAC Coordinator, or his delegate;
- a representative of the Office of International Relations (ORI).
Publication of results and notifications
All decisions related to this call will be published on the website of the Vice-Chancellor’s Office for Internationalisation (https://internacional.ugr.es), replacing individual notifications and having the same legal effect.
The call is published by the University of Granada in accordance with its internal regulations and applicable national legislation, and is linked to an internal, non-competitive procedure aimed at supporting a specific training activity within the project, namely the completion of the Master’s Thesis through physical mobility in companies or research institutions.
