Overview

Inovo invests in companies across Central and Eastern Europe. This year, about 60% of the capital will go to Polish tech startups and the remaining funds will go to companies from the rest of the region which includes Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic.

They are not limited to any particular vertical, however, they are most interested in Developer Tools, AI/Machine learnin, Data Science, Healthcare, SaaS enabled marketplaces, B2C and B2B2C, B2B Enterprise.

Inovo Fund III will provide range tickets from €500,000 to €4M, and it is expected to fund 20-30 companies. It’ll focus from pre-seed to Series B rounds.

Inovo VC has announced the final close of its third fund, at €105m, exceeding the original target of €100m. It plans to invest in 20-30 companies, with a single investment ticket spanning from €0.5 million to €4 million, and follow-on investments of up to €10 million.
