Network projects

EUREKA is not a direct funding instrument. Projects are funded in a de-centralised manner through the funding agencies of the member countries. It is a two-stage procedure, first you submit a Project Outline giving a short overview of a project, mainly to describe the project goals, innovation, targeted business impact and consortium. If you are positively evaluated you will be invited for the second stage, submitting a Ful Project Proposal describing the project plan and how the project will be executed and managed. The application for this funding is open and consortiums - with at least two or more participating organisations from Eureka countries - can apply for bilateral or multilateral calls - In parallel to the submission of the Eureka project application form, all project partners are required to submit a related national funding application, if required, to their respective funding agencies,
