Novabase Capital invests in high-potential Portuguese startups in the ICT sector that are looking to raise a seed or series A round.

Created in November 1993, Novabase Capital began supporting Portuguese visionaries in creating companies that became essential on the domestic ICT scene, or that became part of leading Portuguese technology groups.

Novabase Capital has raised a total of €18.5M across 2 funds, their latest being FCR Novabase Capital Inovação e Internacionalização. This fund was announced on Jan 1, 2011 and raised a total of €11.4M.

In 2017, the Novabase Capital +Inovação Fund was created, which currently is actively looking for new investment opportunities. It is scheduled to be closed by 2021.
