Otium Capital is an evergreen investment company managing the assets of Pierre-Edouard Stérin, founder of Smartbox. Our entrepreneurial DNA allows us to invest quickly and adapt to the needs of entrepreneurs. We invest between 100k€ and 30m€, to take majority or minority shares in the capital. We seek above all to participate in the strong growth of projects led by ambitious entrepreneurs.

Otium Capital invests €150m per year. 5 theses have been defined in which they invest from €20m to €40m per year.

Since its inception, Otium Capital has invested in both listed and unlisted companies, from Seed to Series C, in a wide variety of fields: consumer, healthcare, food, retail, energy...

That's why they're always looking for investments that don't fit their various investment themes, provided they meet three key criteria: strong growth potential, a highly ambitious team, and a differentiated value proposition. In addition, they are looking for an investment structure that aligns their interests with those of the entrepreneurs, whether by taking a minority or majority stake.
