Overview

Blossom Ventures was founded with the aim of challenging how European venture works. They only invest in 5-6 Series A rounds per year in order to give full expertise to each of the chosen companies. However, before investing in them, thy spend at least eight months to get to know each company.

Blossom intends to equip startups with the know-how to avoid the common mistakes and pitfalls when it comes to talent. They will teach companies how to set up their talent function and will support them in the early days with hiring.
