Boldbrain

Boldbrain is located in Ticino, in the southernmost canton of Switzerland. The firm intends to support new ideas, expectations and knowledge by providing the necessary tools to grow. In addition, they also introduce candidates to an important network of investors.

Only 10 teams will become finalists and thus will be able to compete for the final prize. The application process will open on May 10 and will close on July 15, but the process will continue until December 13, as can be consulted on their webpage. The amount may vary from 80,000CHF to 120,000CHF.

Candidates interested in this fund must fulfil some criteria in order to apply for it, such as:

-Every project must be composed by a minimum of two people and one of them must have been living in Switzerland for a year, and/or the projects should have already been admitted in an accelerator/ incubator program in an Italian region in Switzerland,

-Companies must be younger than three years old,

-Documentation must be sent in English.

General information

Boldbrain offers six prizes in cash for the winners, ordered from the first winner to the sixth one: 40,000CHF; 30,000CHF; 20,000CHF; 10,000CHF; 10,000CHF; and 10,000CHF.

In addition, each winner will also receive additional prizes, such as a master’s degree, a ticket for coach Connect Suiza, or some days in consulting CFO, among others, depending on the position of the winner.

Application process

The application process will open on May 10 and will close on July 15, but this process will not end until December 13.
