Caixa Capital invests across all sectors with a focus on information technology and is a Portuguese private equity and venture capital firm.

Caixa Capital manages the Private Equity and Venture Capital funds of the largest Portuguese banking group, Caixa Geral de Depósitos, present in more than 17 countries and with assets of around €90 billion.

Caixa Capital's activities aim to support the global expansion of Portuguese teams and companies. Through the funds it manages, Caixa Capital participates as a capital investor, directly or through third parties, in the creation and development of businesses in consumer goods, life sciences, clean technologies, energy, industry, infrastructure and services.

The team responsible for Private Equity manages investments in companies with strong growth potential, contributing to the development of the Portuguese business environment. It focuses on the development and internationalization of new and current businesses, in sectors of a more traditional nature.

The team responsible for Venture Capital invests in unique opportunities, supporting portfolio holdings in creating value. In partnership with incubators, acceleration programs, business angels and a network of national and international partners, the team focuses on investments in the seed and startup phases.
