Overview

Grants will be given to the top successful applicants. The total grant given will be a minimum of €250 and maximum €1000, depending on the project’s request and the availability of funds. The available total budget that be distributed this round is €6,319. The selection will be based on the quality and impact of the proposals. Proposals will be assessed based on criteria such as clarity, feasibility, educational impact, and alignment with EU Code Week’s objectives.  

Eligibility  

Eligible applicants include all schools with students up to the age of 18 years old in any category or system of official Belgian or Dutch education. Organizations affiliated with schools can prepare a submission, but it always has to be a school who is the legal entity submitting for the grant. Legal entities require a registration in the ‘Staatsblad’ or with the ‘Kamer van Koophandel’. As such they should have a VAT number. 

Application Process  

Interested organizations are invited to submit a project proposal by March 15th, 2026. Applications must be submitted through https://forms.gle/nHbJjGBa7Cwx97Yv5.

Each applicant needs to present:  

  1. A description of the project, its objectives, and expected impact.  
  2. Details on the implementation plan, timeline, and resources required.  
  3. Information about the applicant organization, including relevant experience.
