Overview

50% of Eatable Adventures' €30 million Europe Foodtech Acceleration Fund I SCSp has closed. Eatable Adventures is an accelerator that has been instrumental in building and sustaining foodtech ecosystems in Spain and Italy. Given the importance of the agri-food sector to the national economies of both nations, these markets are critical to the European food industry.

Agreen Biosolutions, Agreenet, Hypesound, Foreverland, Néboda, Mmmico, Regrowth, Soonapse, and Trusty are among the nine cutting-edge Foodtech technical initiatives that have received the first €6 million in funding through this fund, which has also been unveiled by Eatable Adventures.

These projects were chosen within the framework of two national accelerator programs that support the adoption of cutting-edge technological solutions in this industry: FoodSeed, which operates in Italy as a member of the national network of CDP Venture Capital Sgr accelerators, where the accelerator acts as an operational manager and co-investor; and Spain Foodtech, which is implemented in Spain through a country program created in partnership with ICEX Spain Export and Investments and CNTA.
