ExitValley VC Access Fund is a new investment channel, providing ExitValley investor community with a unique opportunity to invest in some of the most promising private technology companies in Israel and worldwide, in partnership with leading venture capital funds.

ExitValley changed the rules of fundraising for start-up companies and made it possible for everybody to invest in these start-ups in consideration for shares, thereby becoming part of the Start-up Nation success. Founded by the architects of the internet investment industry in Israel, ExitValley leads the market with the highest number of completed rounds, the greatest amount of funds raised, and the largest investor community in Israel.

The fund offers a unique investment product with a low entry barrier (starting at $50,000), previously open only to funds, institutions and angels, investing a significantly higher amount. The investments will be made in carefully chosen mature and established late-stage companies, with a higher potential for exit in the short term. The capital will be distributed between several different companies, with the objective of reducing a single company’s risk and maximizing the chances of success.
