Overview

Global Cleantech Capital (GCC) is a late venture / early growth investor scaling high-growth companies in clean energy and decarbonization.

GCC is an active investor that backs entrepreneurs and teams who can 'pivot to value' when building market leaders in their sector.

Their portfolio companies apply new technologies in the highest emitting sectors of energy, mobility and cities, or use finance as an incentive for the energy transition.

Founding partners have managed four successive funds since 2002 in the clean energy sector. Based in Amsterdam investing in primarily in Europe and the US, we leverage our deep commercial, finance and renewable networks to help scale portfolio companies.

Their latest fund was launched in 2022 and it amounted to $75 million.
