Nazca Capital invests in companies with proven experience, which are leaders or capable of being leaders, and which have ambitious projects. They have completed more than 80 deals between direct investments, additional acquisitions and divestments and they currently have a portfolio of fourteen companies.

 

Nazca Capital invests in companies which are leaders in their markets, with proven experience, sales of between 10 and 300 million euros and attractive growth opportunities (organic, international expansion or consolidation). The capital contribution of Nazca ranges from 7 to 50 million euros, through majority or significant minority shareholdings, using prudent levels of debt in financing. They do not invest in sectors; they invest in attractive projects led by the best management teams, and their average investment period in businesses is from 3 to 6 years.

 

In 2022, Nazca Capital has launched its sixth fund valued at €350M.
