Overview

Applications must be submitted by email to [email protected], in accordance with the internal procedures defined by the University of Minho, and must include the Application Form (Annex I) duly completed and signed. The University of Minho may request additional documentation where necessary to verify the information provided by the applicants.

Upon receipt of the applications, the University of Minho will carry out a verification process to ensure that applicants meet all the requirements and eligibility conditions established in this call, including enrolment in the MICAC programme, compliance with the Digital Europe Programme eligibility rules, and commitment to participate in the Cyberactioning Graduation Week.

Grants will be awarded to applicants who fully meet the eligibility criteria and conditions defined in this call. The assessment process is limited to the verification of compliance with these conditions and does not involve a comparative evaluation between applicants.

In the event that the number of applicants meeting the eligibility criteria exceeds the available budget, objective criteria ensuring equal treatment and transparency will be applied in accordance with the governance framework of the Cyberactioning project.

The final list of selected beneficiaries will be formally approved by the University of Minho and communicated individually to applicants through the institutional channels defined for this purpose.

This call (as well as the financial support that will be provided through it) is NOT an EU action. This call is launched solely by Universoty of Minho. The financial support to the selected successful applicants will be provided directly by University of Minho in its own name and under its own responsibility. University of Minho’s own responsibility includes the preparation and drafting of this call as well as the selection of successful applicants that will receive the said financial support. The publication of this call in the EU Funding & Tenders Portal is made solely for information purposes with the aim to increase the visibility of this call to the general public, including to potential applicants (i.e. students). The said publication shall not be construed as direct or indirect approval of the content and conditions of this call by the relevant EU authorities or as any form of waiver from the above-described responsibility of University of Minho.

The grants aim to support the physical mobility of MICAC students participating in the Cyberactioning Graduation Week, a mandatory academic activity within the programme.

Each selected student will receive a lump sum of €1,100 to contribute to mobility-related costs.

The grant may be paid in advance; however, payment remains strictly conditional upon the effective participation in the Graduation Week. In case of non-attendance, the full amount must be reimbursed.

The call is published and managed by the University of Minho and complies with the provisions of the Cyberactioning Grant Agreement and FSTP requirements.

Eligibility for this cascade funding scheme is determined by the rules and eligibility conditions of the Digital Europe Programme. Therefore, only applicants who meet the eligibility requirements applicable under the Digital Europe Programme may be considered eligible for financial support.
