Spex Capital is a digital health and med-tech investment management firm specialized in advancing disruptive early-stage ventures to deliver breakthroughs in healthcare systems globally.

Spex Capital has launched the Spex Venture Health-Tech Fund, a new €100M global fund devised to identify, partner with, and fund the next generation of early-stage digital healthcare and med-tech start-ups, accelerating their route to commercialisation to improve healthcare systems globally.

The Spex Venture Health-Tech Fund represents the latest step in their mission to invest in founders with a vision to disrupt healthcare delivery systems. With a fundraising target of €100M, the fund will be used to invest in early-stage health-tech ventures, from seed up to series A, offering tickets up to €5M.

They aim to make up to 15 investments per annum. They offer early stage investments with the commitment to follow on with the most promising entrepreneurs up to Series A and in few cases Series B. They will invest in between £500k - £2m at Seed or first ticket, up to £5m at series A or second ticket and could follow up at Series B for companies they know very well.
