Overview
Sting is an accelerator for startups. They are a non-profit organisation, owned by a public-private foundation. This makes them an independent, founder-centric player who always acts based on what’s best for your startup.
They offer qualified coaching in business development, a business angel network, a venture capital fund, a recruitment service, and an international network of investors, business contacts and experts.
-Admission: 2 batches per year, 8 startups per batch Length: 4 months (Feb-June and Sept-Jan)
-Cost: 2% warrant issued to Sting Holding Investment from Propel Capital: SEK 500 000 convertible note (in addition to Sting’s 2% warrant).
-Requirements: Launched MVP and can show traction. Founding team of minimum two people.
