Overview

Small and medium-sized innovative tech and growth companies can strengthen their economic basis with mezzanine and direct investments by up to 1.5 million euros. To this end, VR Equitypartner, together with the Bavarian State Ministry for Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy, has set up a fund with a double-digit million euro volume.

No industry exclusion, suitable terms and relevant stake: minority and majority stakes possible.

Since the end of 2015, VR Equitypartner GmbH has been offering an additional financing offer for innovative technology and growth companies in Bavaria (except for the greater Munich area) via VR Equity Gesellschaft für regional Entwicklung in Bayern mbH:

Together with the Bavarian State Ministry for Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy, VR Equitypartner GmbH has set up a fund for investments in small and medium-sized companies with a volume in the tens of millions. The aim is to strengthen the economic base of these companies through mezzanine and direct investments by up to EUR 1.5 million.

Half of the funds are provided by VR Equitypartner GmbH and half by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The ERDF share is provided by the Bavarian State Ministry for Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy.
