Overview
IBG Risikokapitalfonds III GmbH & Co. KG, with an overall target volume of Euro 50 million, invests in technology-oriented projects during the seed and start-up phases, but also during growth phases; these projects must be conducted entirely within the state borders of Saxony-Anhalt. It can enter into financial investments totalling up to Euro 10 million in the course of several funding rounds. The investments are arranged as silent or open partnerships (generally as minority shareholdings of up to 24.9%), ideally for a period of 5-7 years.
Investments from IBG funds are governed by investment principles within the framework of the relevant EU notification.
IBG funds are venture capital funds financed with state and EU resources; they are invested in small and medium-sized innovative technology companies in Saxony-Anhalt.
