Overview

INNOVA Invest is a new an ambitious program aiming to promote R&D activites in Spain performed by private entities. It is part of the NextGenerationEU resilience and transformation plan implemented by the Spanish Government and finances up to 70% of eligible costs. It is especially focused on companies with at least a 50% of foreign capital.

The objective is to attract foreign investment to Spain from highly innovative companies.

However, the programme is born with quite limited capital, €5,000,000 for 2022.

INNOVA Invest es un nuevo y ambicioso programa que tiene como objetivo promover las actividades de I + D + i en España realizadas por entidades privadas. Forma parte del plan de resiliencia y transformación NextGenerationEU implementado por el Gobierno español y financia hasta el 70% de los costes subvencionables. Está especialmente enfocado a empresas con al menos un 50% de capital extranjero.

El objetivo es atraer inversión extranjera a España de empresas altamente innovadoras.

Sin embargo, el programa nace con un capital bastante limitado, 5.000.000 € para 2022.
