The main investment criterion is first of all the quality of the team at the head of the project or the company: its intrinsic quality first, then its complementarity.

The market and market positioning as well as the business model are also determining factors in the investment criteria. According to Normandie Participations, business assumptions are the key to financial assumptions and not the other way around.
