Overview

Oltre Impact is the first impact fund manager in Italy, supported by a strong investor base with key institutional investors such as the European Investment Fund (EIF), Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP), Banca Intesasanpaolo and main Italian family offices.

With the Oltre I and Oltre II vehicles, to date it has invested over 50 million euros in 30 social impact companies, addressing fundamental individuals’ needs. Their managing partners, Luciano Balbo (President) and Lorenzo Allevi (CEO) have worked together since 2006, and the investment team holds 50+ cumulative years of experience in the field.

Oltre set up a third fund, Oltre III, with a first closing of € 53M and a final collection target of € 100M. As of today, they have already secured ca. € 77M. In 12 months, the fund has invested € 19M (25% of fund commitment) in 7 SMEs.
